Wellness and #HRfit
intrepidHR decided to gain a greater understanding of wellness: how it impacts employees, the employers, and the bottom line. What, ultimately, brings personal, departmental, or organizational success for both employees and employers? Finding answers is our goal. We will uncover thoughts and ideas about wellness during out livestream broadcast at HR Tech, sharing initiatives, thoughts, successes, failures, challenges, technologies, and numerous ideas of what it means to be #HRfit – what it means to have your human resources department part of that success, part of a well-run department, part of employee satisfaction, part of the human engagement at a successful company.
We still believe that any organization’s greatest asset is its people, its talent. There is no product or service ever created or provided that is better than the human heart or human mind.

About the HR Technology Conference:
#HRTechConf focuses on the business process and organizational success enabled by technology, not the bits and bytes of it.
The show covers all the latest trends – SaaS, The Cloud, social, mobile, analytics, video, gamification, Big Data and MOOCs – as well as the more traditional technologies and processes that still compete for your attention. HRTechConf is home to the world’s largest Expo of HR technology products and services – many vendors even choose to announce their latest products for the first time at HR Tech. There is no better place to touch, compare and contrast the latest solutions from leading vendors in every category, as well as start-ups.
