Dickmeyer is the author of two books, No Risk No Reward: Mergers of Membership Associations and Nonprofits, and, ENGAGE!: Essays on the Path to Higher Productivity through Effective Employee Communications. Dickmeyer holds a Bachelor degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Master Degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
